As the saying goes, "it takes a village to raise a child." No doubt, this is true for raising bilingual children too.
ICN regularly engages with important stakeholders who make bilingual education possible. These include:
parents
school principals
teachers (both English and Chinese)
policy makers
research centres

To realise ICN's vision, Australia urgently needs to expand student access to bilingual programs and ensure that all teachers and school leaders of bilingual schools adopt global best practice.
In 2025, ICN is:
conducting online webinars for parents on how to create a bilingual environment for children and how to advocate for bilingual programs
consulting for schools looking to improve their bilingual program
expanding the scope of professional development to include non-ICN Chinese teachers, English teachers, and teachers who are interested in CLIL
partnering with university research centres on CLIL related research
