As the saying goes, "it takes a village to raise a child." No doubt, this is true for raising bilingual children too.
ICN regularly engages with important stakeholders who make bilingual education possible. These include:
parents
school principals
teachers (both English and Chinese)
policy makers
research centres
俗话说"养育一个孩子需要整个村庄的努力"，这也毋庸置疑地同样适用于培养具备双语能力的孩子。

To realise ICN's vision, Australia urgently needs to expand student access to bilingual programs and ensure that all teachers and school leaders of bilingual schools adopt global best practice.
In 2025, ICN:
conducted online webinars for parents on how to create a bilingual environment for children and how to advocate for bilingual programs
consulted for schools looking to improve their bilingual program
partnered with university research centres on CLIL related research
made submissions to parliamentary inquiries and political parties on related policies, including Inquiry into Building Asia Capability in Australia through the education system and beyond (Nov, 2025)
